We’re a growing company, and we currently hire for two roles: install and sales.
Installers bring specialized skills — film installation, audio and electronics work, ceramic coating — and they keep sharpening those skills on the job. We train continuously, so you get better as you go, and you bring your experience to the table from day one.
The core skill is precision first, then pride. That’s what separates a good installer from someone who just rushes the job.
Salespeople listen to what the customer wants, then match them to the right solution — window tint, vehicle audio, ceramic coating, home or commercial film — whatever fits the vehicle, the building, and the budget. They explain the differences without jargon, quote the job honestly, and follow up so nothing falls through the cracks.
The core skill is listening first, then solving. That’s what separates a good salesperson from someone who just pushes the most expensive option.
